Entrepreneurial finance (IPOs; Venture capital; Financing for start-ups) 研究概要 Corporate Finance [1] The decline of performance after the IPOs are well-known phenomenon around the world. I examine the reasons of the underperformance of IPO firms. I shed light on the listing standard.
